All three of our offices have been independently identified as some of the top estate agency branches in the country and now features in the Best Estate Agent Guide.

The Best Estate Agent Guide is a website (www.bestestateagentguide.co.uk) that lists the top estate agency branches in the UK. It was compiled by the Property Academy – an organisation set up to improve business performance and service standards in the property industry – with the support of Rightmove, the UK’s leading property portal.

There are c. 25,000 estate agency branches in the country and James Du Pavey’s Eccleshall Branch was awarded an Excellent status, putting it in the 10% of estate agents in the country and both the Stone and Nantwich offices were awarded Highly Rated status!

Over 3 billion data points were analysed by Rightmove, looking at factors including marketing, property views, enquiries and performance to ascertain the best performing agents. In addition, the Property Academy carried out 50,000 mystery shops to assess customer service levels.

This is the biggest assessment of the sector ever conducted and we are thrilled to have been recognised following such a rigorous examination.

The Property Academy carries out one of the largest surveys of home movers and each year has responses from over 15,000 home sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. The survey identifies what home movers feel are the most important aspects of an estate agent’s service. This insight is used to establish the criteria for the Best Estate Agent Guide – in other words, agents that are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide have demonstrated that they deliver a performance and service that home movers truly value.

The Best Estate Agent Guide is supported by Rightmove, the largest property portal in the country, which means that the assessment includes over 90% of all estate agency branches in the country.
