The Government have released the property market from lockdown and we have implemented our action plan for our safe return to work.
We have worked hard to make sure all our offices adhere to social distancing protocol and so we are now able to open. We have a strict safety policy in place for everyone’s protection and can now carry out all aspects of our business. An overview of this policy is available here. Wherever possible we will be working virtually and remotely but this strict policy allows us to attend in person, where necessary.
As with everything at this time, we will all need to adapt but it represents a safe way for my teams to operate and for you to get on the move. Please bear in mind we have 7 weeks worth of enquiries, viewings and valuations to deal with. As such we, and our phone lines, are exceptionally busy!
