Jasmine, as you may be able to tell from the name, comes with an excellent Estate Agency heritage! Jas has an amazing work ethic and started young with us as a Saturday girl earning extra pocket money and over the years became an integral part of the team. Working alongside completing her degree in Geography she has come back to us full time, but keeps a little back to walk the dog, go on holiday and drink a cocktail. All hobbies which we heartily approve of!

When she’s not admiring new homes that have come to the market and working hard to match them to our list of potential buyers, Lily can be found feeding her shopping addiction whether that be on the High Street or online, or relaxing at home and spending time with her family. Being relatively new to the industry and a very quick learner, she has quickly become the office chef bringing in treats that her and her foodie dad have whipped up in the kitchen… I mean, we have always said the gateway to an estate agents heart is through the belly. Selling homes whilst feeding the office, if that’s not multitasking then we don’t know what is!

Rhys joined the team with years of experience to share having worked in the industry since leaving school, so we believe he knows a little bit about moving house but he tells us there are more strings to his bow, when not chasing his little boy about, he runs a Sunday league football team and spends most weekends either in the gym or watching sports. Talking about all this exercise is wearing us out! What ever it takes to get those houses sold though Rhys!

Outside of work, Francesca loves heading out on scenic walks with her Pomeranian pup, suitably named Bear, and of course, where there is a walk, there is a pub stop involved! She knows the places that provide the best refreshments. Fran’s always wanted to work in the property sector, and JDP stood out to her for its creativity, passion, and brilliant team spirit, jumping at the opportunity to take on the Property Marketing role at our Cheadle Branch. A fun fact about Francesca — she shaved all her hair off for charity last year, something she’s super proud of! Nothing is scary if you just put your mind to it!

James founded the company in 2010 as a fresh-faced newlywed. Many years later both the business, and thankfully his marriage, are still going strong! From starry-eyed graduate to well-weathered industry bigwig, he is now thought of as an industry leader and top-level innovator presenting at national conferences, winning loads of awards each year and sitting on the National Advisory Council of the Guild of Property Professionals.

Lee is renowned as the snappy dresser of the office, perhaps stemming from his secret past as a professional dancer. Now, if you can clear your mind of the image of Lee performing whatever dance you’re currently imagining (we’re not sure we can) then you might also like to know that in addition to the old chestnuts of walking, drinking passionfruit martinis and socialising, Lee also admits to a weekly thrashing at squash by his pensioner father and regularly having his food stolen by his two kids. To make up for it he’s hoping they will make him millions as professional footballers…

Cassie breezed into the team in July 2013 bringing with her a huge personality and an endless array of personal interests! She proudly proclaims herself current ‘Sunday Dinner’ champion in the ‘close family league’, a title she has held for over 6 years now with her ‘almost good’ chicken, ham and leek pie (not THAT close then eh, Cassie?). She proclaims the biggest love in her life to be her children, but between her crazy side, love of gin and cats, she’s becoming the perfect recipe for a Cat lady.

Having being within the industry for over 10 years Chelsea has all the knowledge and experience to help you along the way. Chelsea is a local girl, born and bred in Stafford. Having a passion for property from day one, she started her career as a conveyancing secretary at a firm of solicitors in Stone, a skill that she puts to great use every day, and now focuses on the sales side of things helping to get you moving from the moment you choose to view a property through to handing over those keys on completion! When not working in the office, Chelsea is a real girly girl spending most of her time with her two boys and lovable pooch.

Having started her career in the property industry down in “that there London Town” Emily came back home in 2015 and joined the JDP family over in our Eccleshall Branch as a negotiator opting for a quieter, greener lifestyle for a while. Now she works along side James, helping to keep our ship afloat and moving forward whilst heading up our rental department as well. When we give her a spare minute she likes to head on back to the city to enjoy some of the hustle and bustle she once saw every day or heads off in the opposite direction packing up the car and heading off to find a quiet spot to set up camp and relax for a few days with just the sea and sand to keep her company.

Local girl Anna joined the Eccleshall Team bringing heaps of local knowledge and industry knowledge with her 7 years ago! Having lived in Eccleshall for most of her life then moving just a village over to the East embracing her newly married life, bumping into someone she knows is a regular occurrence. Ambitious and driven Anna is also a fitness fanatic and can often be found with a pair of glow sticks in hand teaching “Clubbercise” or other fun activities that make exercise more fun!! This Duracell bunny just keeps on going!

With a keen interest in fancy cars and all things luxurious and having just completed her law degree, Saskia felt the urge to take her career in the direction of property sales, and who can blame her, now she gets to see these wonderful homes (and a posh car or two) rather than just talking about them. Living locally to our Eccleshall office, she knows the area well and lives up to the rural life with her horses and dogs being her biggest interests outside of work. That being said, whilst stable visits and long dog walks are daily tasks, it’s just as regular an occurrence for the parcels from her online shopping addiction to arrive. Joining us fresh out of University after completing a course in Fashion Photography down in the big smoke, Alex has all of the skills and creativity to make sure your house stands out from the crowd when it comes to marketing. Alex spends her days visiting our lovely clients’ homes, photographing them and getting them market-ready so the rest of the team can focus on getting them sold! When not at work, Alex has a close-knit group of friends who she spends a lot of time with, not forgetting the beloved Cooper, her four-legged bestie!

James is a dabber through and through, but was last seen working in Nantwich on a milk round at the age of 14. He assures us that he has gained considerable experience in the Cheshire property market since then, working in several different towns and agencies since 1996 and has finally come home to roost. In the rare hours we don’t have his nose forcibly pressed to the grindstone James is a huge movie and music buff, and has recently branched out into after dinner entertainment sessions with a guitar but draws the line at singing. Rather concerningly for us he cites his other great passions as holidays with his family and drinking Bourbon; we love honesty but ‘drinking and being away from work’ aren’t ideal CV fillers!

When she’s not busy climbing mountains she likes to sneak in half marathons here and there. Food also made the hobbies list, with not only cooking and baking but since the pandemic hit, she also likes to grow her own produce with fresh salad and veg from the garden now on the menu! Pippa has always been local to Eccleshall growing up and living on a farm with her sister then moving to Stone to buy her own home. Especially when time away from the office is filled with cuddles and walks from some four-legged friends, helping with her family-run doggy day care. Don’t worry though, it’s not all hard work, whilst over in Australia, Katie developed a keen coffee addiction and (as a self-proclaimed coffee snob) loves to go out to visit coffee shops and cafes with her friends sneaking in city bus tour when she’s somewhere new.
