The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards and judged through a mystery shop, judging is based on a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of customer service levels.

Having achieved Gold at the regional level we are now put forward to the national competition. All fingers crossed for the team to bring home the Gold in the next stage!
