James Du Pavey are the winners, yet again, for the British Property Awards! Following the string of awards, we have won the Best Estate Agent in Stone 2021 in the British Property Awards!

The British Property Awards stand alone as one of the most inclusive estate agency awards, and on average over 90% of agents meet their minimum criteria and are entered for judging.

The awards team personally mystery shops every estate agent against an extensive set of criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.

The judging criteria is both rigorous and fair and only agents who go that extra mile and provide simply outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes for their local customers.
