September and October have been busy and we have loved every minute!

From our offices in Stone, Nantwich and Eccleshall, we have spent every spare moment getting out and about in our local communities to take part in local events and raise money for fantastic causes.

The weather was on our side this year for the Eccleshall show where we managed to get our gigantic inflatable tent up and welcomed the local community inside to talk about all things Eccleshall and moving home. Team Nantwich also made the most of the weather that weekend and spent time at the Nantwich Food and Drink Festival handing out some of our punch balloons to the children whilst enjoying the fantastic food!

Later in September, Team Eccleshall held a Macmillan Coffee morning, they baked cakes and had some supplied generously from the local bakery in Eccleshall, Flour and Co. Whilst they won’t be winning any prizes on the Great British Bake Off, the team raised a wonderful £194 for Macmillan!

Team Stone took part in the local Book Babies treasure hunt and donated towards books for the local children that took part as well and ventured along to the local Summer Street Food events where we spent some of our late summer evenings at Stone Cricket Club eating some delicious food from local businesses and chatting with anyone who would come and speak to us.

Finally, the Ginger and Spice Festival in Market Drayton was at the month’s end! What a day with fantastic stallholders and chefs showing off their skills at the Food Theatre.
